30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all SEO Campaigner licenses. If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@seocampaigner.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request. Our team will process your request within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to software updates or support. The desktop application will revert to an unlicensed state, and the WordPress plugin features that require a valid license will be disabled.

Subscription Renewals

Annual license renewals are processed automatically. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel, your license will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date if you did not intend to renew.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 30-day guarantee period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
