These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SEO Campaigner desktop application, WordPress plugin, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by SEO Campaigner (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal use, subject to these Terms and your subscription plan. Each license key is valid for the number of WordPress sites specified in your plan.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; share, resell, or redistribute your license key; use the Service to conduct illegal activities; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other users’ data; use the Service to send spam or conduct any form of abuse.

4. Payment and Billing

Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. During the beta period, access may be provided at no charge. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Data and Privacy

The desktop application runs locally on your machine. Your SEO data, campaign configurations, and site credentials are stored locally and never transmitted to our servers. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle account-related information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, design, and documentation, is owned by SEO Campaigner and protected by intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Campaigner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software is revoked. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
